We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled) at our Crisp Malt, Portgordon location. Job Purpose Reporting to the Site Manager/Scotland Maintenance Supervisor, the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer carries out planned and reactive maintenance of all site and plant equipment to ensure the required levels of malt production are achieved, work to be in accordance with GMP, all trade related legislation and best practice. Responsible for Carry out planned and reactive maintenance. Contribute efficiency improvements around all areas of the site Contribute to continuous improvement on site by maintaining a vigilant approach to your work, identifying, and reporting any areas of interest to site management Complete maintenance paperwork/computer entry in line with company procedures. Recommend improvements to the operation of equipment, where appropriate. Contribute to the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant, where appropriate. Demonstratable problem solving abilities and Quality awareness Confident in using computer-based maintenance systems and Microsoft. Knowledge of Motors, Inverter Drives, Soft Start systems. Demonstratable ability in Mechanical Testing, fault finding, installation & inspection.
