Temporary Office Administrator – Hereford Depot
Location: Hereford
Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday + some Saturdays)
Contract: 3-month temporary role, with potential for extension or permanent placement

Join a leading, independent, family-run business at the Hereford Depot as a Temporary Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role during our IT system upgrade, where your attention to detail and administrative skills will directly support our teams and customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing customer orders via phone, email, and fax
Supporting general administrative tasks throughout our system transition
Assisting credit control with payment allocation, chasing balances, and account management
Handling customer queries and ensuring efficient delivery service
Verifying cash payments and helping with invoice distribution
What We’re Looking For
Experience in office administration or customer service
Friendly and confident communicator, especially on the phone
Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent data entry ability
Calm, organised, and able to multitask under pressure
A flexible, positive team player with a proactive attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, approximately 08:30 – 17:00
Some Saturday shifts required (a weekday off is given in return)
Occasional Bank Holiday work on a rota basis
