We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is experienced in leading the delivery of repairs, voids, major works and estates management to join Bron Afon as our new Head of Direct Services.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in property within regulated housing. You’ll be someone who values excellent customer service and can confidently and constructively lead multiple teams to success; contributing to the delivery of our vision and strategies.
This is an exciting time to join Bron Afon. We’re improving our customer service, upgrading our digital systems to become a more agile and modern organisation, and delivering much-needed new, energy-efficient homes.

Work4 pilot
We are currently running a pilot of working a 4-day week (4DW). We have been running this pilot since September 2024. The pilot has been extended to October 2026.
