The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils, working closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive playground environment. D'Eyncourt Primary school is rated "Good" by Ofsted 2022 and is situated on the outskirts of Wolverhampton City centre. We are a one and a half form entry primary school, who are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and driven Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant. A Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant main responsibilities are; • S upervising Children's Safety: Ensuring all pupils are safe and behaving appropriately during lunchtime, both in the dining area and outdoor playground. • Managing Behaviour: Encouraging positive behaviour, resolving conflicts calmly, and applying school rules fairly to maintain a pleasant environment. • Assisting with Dining: Helping younger children with eating if needed, monitoring food allergies, and ensuring good hygiene standards. • Supporting Play: Organising or encouraging safe and inclusive play activities during break times to keep children engaged and active. • Reporting Concerns: Notifying teaching staff or senior leaders about any incidents, injuries, or welfare concerns observed during lunchtime. • Promoting Positive Social Interaction: Encouraging polite and respectful interaction between pupils, helping to develop social skills.
