South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Officer to join our Operations and Estates team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of East ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety legislation.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Oversee health and safety compliance and operational standards.
* Programme activities and events to meet community needs.
* Manage local budgets, control expenditure, and maximise income.
* Act as Duty Manager and contribute to organisational projects (shift and weekend working will be required to support business needs).

* Experience working within an Ice Rink environment.
* Experience in a compliance environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
* Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and deliver results.
