People Business Partner
Healthcare Business | Home-Based with Travel Across Essex & East Anglia
£50,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance | Full Time (37.5 hours)
We’re supporting a growing healthcare business in the search for an experienced People Business Partner. This role is home-based with regular travel across Essex and East Anglia, supporting managers and teams across a regulated, multi-site environment.
The Role
As a People Business Partner, you’ll provide hands-on, proactive HR support across a multi-site, regulated environment. You’ll advise on complex employee relations matters, coach managers, and contribute to the wider People Strategy through project work, organisational development, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing complex employee relations cases from start to resolution
• Partnering with home managers to align HR initiatives with operational priorities
• Supporting performance management and providing coaching to managers
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation
• Leading or contributing to People Strategy projects (talent, succession, reward, D&I, OD)
• Supporting organisational development, culture-building, and change management
• Using HR data to spot trends and inform decision-making
• Driving employee engagement and supporting a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
• CIPD Level 5 (essential), Level 7 desirable
• Strong experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner with extensive ER experience
• Background in a regulated, multi-site environment (healthcare, social care, education, or similar)
• Confident communicator who can influence and build strong relationships at all levels
• Excellent understanding of employment law and HR best practice
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused, resilient, and comfortable working at pace
• Able to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion
