Backed by private equity and powered by a genuine, kind, and ambitious leadership team, they are on an exciting growth journey and now, we’re looking for a Contracts Manager to help lead the way. As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of social housing contracts, typically around £3 million in value. You’ll oversee project delivery, ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and help drive operational excellence in a high-growth environment. You don't need an electrical background — we’re open to professionals from any trade, as long as you have solid experience managing social housing contracts. Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple social housing contracts from mobilisation through to final delivery. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Budgeting, forecasting, and managing contract profitability. Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively. Build and maintain positive professional relationships with key stakeholders. To Be Successful: Proven experience managing social housing contracts (essential). Comfortable handling contracts valued around £3 million. Track record of delivering profitability and maintaining long standing relationships.
