Teaching Personnel is thrilled to be supporting a highly respected, inclusive primary school in Fallowfield that is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time after the Easter break.
This is a fantastic chance to make a genuine difference—supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through one-to-one work and small-group interventions in a warm, nurturing, and high-achieving environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist the class teacher with tailored learning activities
* Support the development, delivery, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Help to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals
* Adapt your approach to meet individual learning needs effectively
What We’re Looking For
* GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
* Level 2 Safeguarding qualification – or willingness to complete this

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
