About You
You are a highly skilled senior frontend engineer who thrives on turning complex ideas into elegant, performant, and intuitive user experiences. You bring a deep understanding of modern frontend engineering and a passion for building clean, scalable, and maintainable interfaces, particularly in data‑rich or real‑time environments.
You’re comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, bringing ownership, clarity, and elevating engineering standards through collaboration. You enjoy partnering with designers, backend engineers, and machine learning specialists, and you’re confident communicating technical decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
You have strong experience delivering high‑quality web applications end‑to‑end, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help define tooling, frameworks, and best practices of a growing frontend function. You take pride in writing excellent code, yet equally value documentation, knowledge sharing, accessibility, and thoughtful UI/UX.
You stay curious, keep up with modern frameworks and trends, and are enthusiastic about contributing to projects that involve innovation such as real‑time interfaces, desktop/PWA builds, visualising complex graph structures, or integrating with AI‑driven capabilities.
Most importantly, you’re motivated by impact. You want to help shape how a new engineering team works, influence the frontend direction across multiple products, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high‑quality delivery.
About The Team
You’ll be joining a small but growing frontend engineering team within our wider software development and AI function. We’re a collaborative, cross‑functional group of frontend engineers, backend developers, machine learning specialists, UX designers, and QA, working closely to build intelligent, data‑driven products that solve real‑world challenges.
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver modern UI experiences across web, desktop, PWAs, and browser extensions. Our work spans real‑time messaging, complex visualisation layers, and integrations with LLMs, computer vision, and advanced data pipelines.
We value engineering excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement. Everyone contributes to decision‑making, standards, and ways of working, whether that’s defining our component library, improving build processes, influencing architecture, or helping grow the frontend discipline.
If you’re looking for a team where your ideas matter and you can make a visible impact on products and engineering culture, you’ll feel right at home here.
About The Role
As a senior frontend engineer, you will design, build, and optimise high‑quality user interfaces across our suite of data‑driven applications. You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and machine learning teams to create seamless, performant, and visually compelling experiences. You enjoy solving complex UI challenges and influencing engineering standards as we scale.
