The Role
Main Responsibilities will include:
* To provide effective, high-quality, and timely support to the Management team and Business Administrator to enable the service to meet its priorities and objectives.
* Process all emails received, prioritise according to urgency/importance, and regularly monitor work to ensure deadlines are met and actions are completed.
* Open all incoming post, read, and distribute copies to all interested parties.
* Request and collate briefing materials for meetings.
* Assist in compiling financial reports and the business plan.
* Coordinate with internal and external services regarding paperwork, meetings, etc.
* Provide a speedy and accurate typing service, from audio dictation or manuscript, using WordPerfect software extensively to improve efficiency and ensure high standards of presentation.
* Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, ensuring the efficient collation and distribution of information.
