Are you a proactive, caring, and reliable Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where every day is different?We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our brand-new package in Swindon, supporting a vibrant 27-year-old lady living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who has a cognitive age of 1112 years. She enjoys living life to the fullest and needs a team who will encourage her independence, support her routines, and engage in her favourite activities. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by providing consistent, hands-on support.We are looking for proactive, engaging support workers who are attentive and fully present no mobile phone distractions.About the Client:She enjoys a fun and active lifestyle and loves to get out and about in the community. Her favourite activities include:? Arts and crafts
? Cycling especially at the Morden Hub

? Seasonal events such as Halloween and Christmas

Day: 7:30am 8:00pm (drivers required)Night: 7:30pm 8:00am
Your Role:As a Support Worker, you'll play a key part in:
Encouraging and participating in her daily activities and hobbiesSupporting her with physio exercises and promoting physical wellbeingAssisting with personal care and daily living tasksProviding emotional and social supportEnsuring a positive, engaging, and fun environment
