We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to support pupils within the classroom. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.
The successful candidate will bring energy, flexibility, and a nurturing approach. While experience is beneficial, a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills are equally valued.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing across the school
2. Assisting teaching staff with lesson preparation and delivery
3. Encouraging pupil participation, engagement, and independence
4. Providing one-to-one or small group support as needed
5. Building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
