Your Journey as a General Manager:
1. Deliver top financial results across all departments, ensuring a first-class experience for customers and staff
2. Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and uphold showroom standards in line with manufacturer expectations
3. Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver excellence
4. Lead all dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, parts, and labour
5. Recruit, develop, and retain talented staff, supporting their growth through reviews, training, and career progression
6. Build strong manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies and policies
