Support the development of a positive, engaged safety culture across all areas of FLBK. Contribute to the development of site safety objectives and performance oversight to ensure statutory compliance and continuous improvement of the safety culture and management system. Support the site safety risk management process. Conduct analysis and trending (proactive and reactive) both across site and within individual domains/departments. Develop and maintain the EHS training system. Monitor environmental parameters and energy management to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and regulatory reporting requirements. NEBOSH General Certificate minimum or degree in Environmental Health and Safety or similar (Essential) Minimum 5 years’ experience as EHS officer or similar role (Essential) Experience with a computerised EHS system (Essential) Up-to-date knowledge of HSE and EA legislation (Essential) At FDB, your passion – your Genki – is your power and we empower you to define what Genki means to you.
