Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Over, Cambridgeshire. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission of providing exceptional automotive services.
Ideally this is a full time position, however part time will be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding services.
* Schedule appointments and manage service calendars efficiently.
* Provide accurate information about services and pricing to customers.
* Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
* Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution.
* Process payments and maintain financial records accurately.
* Stay updated on automotive trends to provide informed recommendations.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Service Advisor experience will be beneficial to the role.
* Strong computer skills..
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Previous administrative experience is preferred.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with automotive services is a plus.
