This role is perfect for an experienced employer brand specialist to reshape perceptions and communicate our employer value proposition effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an overarching Employer Brand strategy for EY in the UK, closing brand gaps, enhancing attributes, and building a community of engaged, prospective talent.
* Lead a team of employer brand professionals, setting objectives, and managing performance and development.
* Build strong relationships with the EY UK Talent team and business units to align employer brand activities with broader objectives.
* Collaborate with recruitment and candidate engagement teams to review candidate touchpoints and develop compelling EVP content.
* Work with media agencies to develop paid strategies and execute employer brand activities throughout the year.
* Coordinate with the employer brand leader on operational media activities to ensure a cohesive media approach.
* Own reporting and measurement to demonstrate activity impact on employer brand metrics and drive improvements.
* Stay updated on recruiting, talent, and employer brand trends to influence discussions and serve as a trusted expert.
Skills And Attributes For Success
* Deep knowledge of Employer Brand principles and EVP development.
* Proven track record in delivering campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media, with impact measurement.
* Ability to work within a global brand framework, adapting to local UK contexts.
* Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
* Insight-driven approach to developing impactful strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working with media and creative agencies.
* Resilience and adaptability to change.
* Budget management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in employer branding within professional services or large matrix organizations.
* Leadership experience in managing teams.
