A leading UK training provider is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Learning Coach to join their expanding team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting adult learners as they progress through their vocational programmes, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their chosen careers. What You'll Do Coach and motivate adult learners to build skills for hospitality, retail, and stewarding roles.Deliver engaging sessions on customer service, food hygiene, health & safety, workplace behaviours, stock control, and event stewarding basics.Support and manage a caseload of Level 1-2 learners, ensuring progress and achievement.Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.Observe practical tasks and coach learners to improve confidence and employability. What We're Looking For Assessor or coaching qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, etc.) - EssentialIndustry experience in hospitality, retail, stewarding, or similar.Knowledge of food hygiene, customer service standards, event safety, and H&S.Teaching or coaching experience (or willingness to gain a qualification).Strong communication, organisation, and learner-focused approach.Understanding of adult education or government-funded training (advantageous).
