Company Vision

Support Growth. Empower Leaders. Make a Difference.

We’re building the best pet care business in the world — and within the Veterinary Business, we’re looking for a Business Development Partner to help us get there. This role is more than just a position; it’s an opportunity to help our veterinary teams thrive, develop and deliver the very best in care across our growing ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

* Partner with around 10 company‑owned veterinary practices, acting as a coach, consultant and trusted advisor
* Mentor new Practice Owners to be their very best
* Lead the opening of new practices
* Support Practice Leads to drive commercial success, improve team performance and embed our culture and values
* Work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across Clinical, Finance, Marketing and People teams
* Bring strategic plans to life through hands‑on support and clear, consistent communication
* Identify growth opportunities, support business planning and lead key reviews
* Be a brand advocate, shaping the local market presence and delivering real, measurable impact

What We’re Looking For

* A strong commercial background with experience in multi‑site operations is a must
* Skilled coach and communicator with a passion for developing people and teams
* Ability to analyse performance data, spot opportunities and take action
* Emotionally intelligent, empathetic and resilient – able to navigate complex challenges
* A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel

Why Join the Team?

You’ll play a vital part in the growth and success of our veterinary teams — with the satisfaction of seeing people and businesses flourish because of your support. If you’re passionate about people, performance and pets, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you.

Ready to be part of something bigger? Apply now.
