What You’ll Do
* Partner with around 10 company‑owned veterinary practices, acting as a coach, consultant and trusted advisor
* Mentor new Practice Owners to be their very best
* Lead the opening of new practices
* Support Practice Leads to drive commercial success, improve team performance and embed our culture and values
* Work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across Clinical, Finance, Marketing and People teams
* Bring strategic plans to life through hands‑on support and clear, consistent communication
* Identify growth opportunities, support business planning and lead key reviews
* Be a brand advocate, shaping the local market presence and delivering real, measurable impact
What We’re Looking For
* A strong commercial background with experience in multi‑site operations is a must
* Skilled coach and communicator with a passion for developing people and teams
* Ability to analyse performance data, spot opportunities and take action
* Emotionally intelligent, empathetic and resilient – able to navigate complex challenges
* A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel
