About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Entry-level Call Centre Agent to support our marketing and customer engagement campaigns. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and representing brands in a professional and positive manner. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to connect with customers, share campaign information, and help deliver a high-quality brand experience over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Make and receive calls as part of marketing, customer engagement, and campaign support activities
* Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and promotional offers
* Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the sales or account teams when appropriate
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues professionally and efficiently
* Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines where required
* Support feedback collection and share customer insights with the marketing team
* Meet individual and team performance targets
