The Finance Manager will be responsible for: Preparation of the month end pack including P&L, balance sheet, commentary and analysis Budgeting and forecasting activities Supporting pricing and commercial decision-making Key player in streamlining existing processes within finance Developing and maintaining financial policies Ensuring consistent, accurate and robust accounting information is produced What you need to have for the Finance Manager role: Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) 2 years experience in a similar role Experience of the preparation and processing of month end accounts A confident team player with a hands-on attitude, who is able to communicate with staff at all levels of the business and possess the ability to translate and explain key issues Strong commercial awareness and the ability to review, interpret and then challenge information and explanations behind cost movements and budget variances Experience of using MS Office, and in particular Excel spreadsheets and modelling Skills: Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Accountant
