Account Executive – Enterprise/Managed Services
I am searching for an Account Executive for my client, a high-growth technology services company focused on delivering Integration as a Service to enterprise organisations and Managed Service Providers.
This role is suited to a senior, consultative seller who has experience positioning complex, service-led solutions rather than transactional SaaS or licence-based products.
The Role
You will be responsible for landing new enterprise customers across the UK & Ireland, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close and ongoing account growth.
This is a hunter-led role, but unlike many SaaS environments, you will continue to nurture and expand accounts after landing, building long-term commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
* Win new enterprise and MSP customers through consultative, value-based selling
* Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–8 months typical)
* Position Integration as a fully managed service, not a DIY platform
* Build and self-generate pipeline through outbound activity
* Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, Heads of IT, IT Operations and Managed Services leaders
* Manage deals from first conversation through to close and handover
* Grow accounts post-sale via land-and-expand opportunities
Required Background
* 4+ years B2B sales experience selling managed services, IT services, or service-led SaaS
* Proven experience landing new enterprise logos
* Comfortable selling intangible value, not just software features
* Experience working within UK enterprise sales environments
* Strong ownership mindset and proactive pipeline generation
Nice to Have
* Exposure to ITSM, integration, automation, or outsourcing environments
* Experience selling into MSPs or IT service providers
