About the Role
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leaders across all levels of the organization, specifically partnering with those identified in our Interlock Model. You will define and scope learning and development requirements aligned with Siemens' strategy and across all functional groups, ensuring consistency. You will serve as the main contact point for the function, liaising with other L&D teams and the wider P&O functions to source content, leverage best practices, and utilize existing resources before developing new courses or programs.
Area of Responsibility
1. Engage with senior leaders to understand their learning and development needs and align these with the overall strategy.
2. Define and scope L&D requirements, working closely with the broader L&D team and P&O functions for a cohesive approach.
3. Act as the primary contact for all L&D-related matters, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
4. Leverage existing content, best practices, and resources to meet learning needs before proposing new course development.
5. Provide consultative guidance on learning and development policies, strategies, and planning.
Your Qualifications & Experience
1. Proven experience in learning and development, especially in business partnering and requirement scoping aligned with GSCS strategy.
2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles, including their future evolution.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
