The Opportunity: Fleet Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cannock
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

The Impact you will have:
Maintain and update fleet databases, trackers, and SharePoint folders
Assist with delivery scheduling and internal system amendments
Prepare and distribute monthly reports (e.g. driving behaviour, compliance status)
Manage the fleet inbox, providing support to drivers when escalation is required
Manage new starters, role changes and leavers
Manage the driver fine payroll data and send to Payroll for processing
Manage weekly accrual
Oversee MOT status of all vehicles, completing a weekly report to ensure the fleet is always compliant
Ensure all vehicle documentation (e.g. insurance, registration, conversion specs) is filed and accessible.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks for drivers and vehicles.
Liaise with suppliers (e.g. Kinto, Zenith, Masternaut, Shell, TMC) to retrieve data, resolve queries, and follow up on service issues
Track and log supplier performance issues and escalate to the Fleet Manager
Cleanse and maintain fleet data across all fleet platforms
Assist in preparing data for cost centre reporting and analysis
Coordinate pool vehicle usage and key management
Manage vehicle key stock
Assist with telematics setup and troubleshooting (e.g. Masternaut installations)
What will help you to excel in this role:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience in a transport, fleet, or logistics environment is desirable
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
