An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious international airline as part of its Import Cargo Operations team. This dynamic role supports the airlines cargo traffic function, focusing on document handling, data processing, flight preparation, and operational coordination. Ideal for candidates with experience in air cargo or logistics environments looking to develop their career in a globally respected airline setting. Key Responsibilities: Handle import cargo documentation and ensure timely and accurate data processing. Manage cargo spot data and respond to agent and customer enquiries. Support compliance with procedures for damaged cargo and dangerous goods acceptance (post-training). Communicate professionally with customers and relevant authorities (e.g., HMC, DFT). Learn and apply key processes including flight arrival handling and document distribution. Collaborate closely with colleagues and Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work to tight deadlines and follow standard operating procedures for safe and compliant flight operations. Use in-house cargo systems (CSP) for smooth, responsive handling and task execution. Assist in Unit Load Device (ULD) stock control and monthly rotation management. Ensure clear and accurate reporting for statistical and accounting purposes, including shift handovers. Requirements: Previous experience in cargo, freight, logistics or similar operational environment preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and a team-player attitude essential. Willingness to undertake Dangerous Goods training to Category 6 level. Ability to work shifts, including weekends, as required by flight schedules. Proficient in using IT systems for reporting and communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team with a high standard of operational excellence.
