Job Overview
We are looking for a Care Assistant at Pemberley House Care Home in Hampshire. The role involves delivering personal care to residents, working with the care team, ensuring continuity of services, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of personal care and hygiene for residents.
* Ensure residents’ independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and monitor clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and raise alerts in a timely manner.
* Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.

* Experience is not required; a thorough induction and training programme will be provided.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Show initiative, be respectful, and be able to follow reasonable instructions.

Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check – the cost of which will be covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
