This is an opportunity to work with a fantastic Trauma Informed School, who are trying to understand how trauma impacts learning and behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support to pupils in a nurturing, trauma-informed environment. Facilitating learning and emotional development through structured activities and community-based experiences. Supporting students with EHCPs, particularly those in Year 10 and 11, who require intensive, consistent guidance. Acting as a positive role model, helping pupils build resilience, self-esteem, and social skills.
