In order to be considered for this 2nd Line Support Engineer role most of the following skills and experiences are required: Windows Desktop including versions 10 and 11 Apple Mac Networking - LAN, WAN, firewalls Windows Server 2012 R2 Office 365 and Azure AD Wireless Networks ITIL Mobile computing CISCO Meraki cloud managed networks Cloud Antivirus This is a hybrid role with two days a week required in the office.
