Position Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll enable residents to live independently and actively, uphold our commitment to high-quality care, support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, oversee the Care and Support team, ensure safety, coordinate activities, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
About You
* You are warm, friendly, organized, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with Level 2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their Level 3.)
* You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of residents.
* You will have previous experience of managing team members.
