Overview
In this field-based role, you'll visit new and existing customers, survey their properties and determine solutions to address or prevent their specific pest issues. Daily travel is required; you should be comfortable on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service.
Responsibilities
• Travel to customer sites and conduct property surveys. • Assess pest problems and recommend appropriate solutions. • Apply pest control treatments and document work. • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure excellent service.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will work face‑to‑face with customers regularly.
* May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
