Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of public and private family law matters from start to finish.
* Preparing legal documentation, representing clients in court, and providing advice and support on a variety of family law issues.
* Working independently with minimal supervision, especially during court attendance of senior partners.
* Contributing to team leadership and operations support, particularly in preparation for a senior partner's planned retirement.
* Supporting and collaborating with a small, friendly and long-established team.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor or highly experienced Legal Executive with substantial family law experience.
* Applications welcome from Newly Qualified Solicitors up to senior level.
* Must be personable, friendly and capable of working both autonomously and as part of a tight-knit team.
* A strong communicator, confident in handling client matters and providing court representation.
* Experience in either private or public family law, with willingness to be trained in the other if needed.
* A great personality fit is key – a team player essential.

* Permanent full-time or part-time role with early Friday finishes at 4:00 PM.

* Competitive salary starting from £33,000 for Newly Qualified Solicitors, with no upper cap for more senior applicants.
