Technical Administrator, Craigavon (Temporary role)
Job Details
Monday - Friday: - 5pm, 40 hours weekly
Confident and proficient administrator required to provide technical support to the company.
Undertaking tasks and duties associated with supplier assurance, raw material requirements and the labelling of products for market.
Key Duties
1. To ensure quality standards are maintained to customer expectations.
2. To manage & conduct training as per site requirements
3. To conduct on-line quality control checks
4. To conduct quality checks on incoming materials
5. To conduct daily quality panels / log and report quality issues to the team
6. To conduct sample collection & delivery to customers
7. To complete online paperwork verification checks
8. To manage daily/weekly/monthly factory paperwork archive
9. To conduct temperature monitoring checks / trials
10. To maintain food safety with the control of miscellaneous equipment (, Plasters, cable ties, pens, markers, ear defenders etc.)
11. To provide support (including process controls) to production
12. To deal with any production queries as they arise for the site.
13. To conduct pre-production swabbing checks - Allergen rapid and ATP
14. To manage the site training matrix & identify training requirements.
15. To conduct ongoing training including procedure updates & relevant team briefs
16. Any other duties as required.
Criteria
17. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people (internal and external) across all levels
18. Strong organisational skills
19. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
20. Must be flexible
21. Literacy and numeracy skills
