About the role:
We are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations at Jim Peters Stadium and Abbey Leisure Centre in Barking. This role will involve supervising a team during overnight shifts at Abbey while ensuring high cleaning standards are upheld across both sites.
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a two-person team, complete cleaning ratings online, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This is a long-term contract with a rapidly expanding company offering growth opportunities as we continue to expand throughout London.

Your schedule (weekly):
* Jim Peters Stadium – paid £13/hr
* Mon: 17:30–20:30 (3h)
* Wed: 17:30–20:30 (3h)
* Thu: 17:30–20:30 (3h)
* Abbey Leisure Centre – paid £15/hr (supervisor rate)
* Mon: 21:00–03:00 (6h)
* Wed: 21:00–03:00 (6h)
* Sat: 19:00–00:00 (5h)
What we're looking for:
* Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills – it is essential that you are able to interpret and communicate instructions clearly with both your team and management. This is crucial to ensuring standards are met.
* Experience in cleaning, facilities, or leisure environments.
* First Aid certificate (or willing to train).
* Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
* Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
