An ambitious and well-disciplined secondary school in Bromley is seeking to appoint an outstanding Lead Teacher of Psychology (with Science) to join the school on a part-time maternity cover basis from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable teacher to take a lead role in Psychology, delivering A Level Psychology (AQA specification) alongside teaching Science to at least Key Stage 3 within a high-performing and supportive environment. Psychology is a popular and well-established A Level subject, and as such the successful candidate will need experience of teaching Psychology at A Level, as they will be the Lead Teacher for the subject. Psychology will make up approximately half of the timetable allocation for this post. This role carries a TLR2A of £3,527 in recognition of the leadership responsibilities attached to the post.
