What you’ll be doing: Reporting to General Manager (Readymix – North) the Commercial Manager (Readymix) will be pivotal in shaping our commercial success taking ownership of our concrete commercial strategy, driving profitability across concrete and upstream sales, including value-added products and major projects. You will: Lead and deliver the regional concrete commercial strategy, aligned with national objectives Drive profitability across concrete and upstream sales, including value-added products and major projects Coach and develop internal and external sales teams, building capability and succession ensuring market responsiveness and exceptional customer service. Drive performance by achieving and exceeding price and volume targets through disciplined pricing and market responsiveness Build strong customer relationships, focusing on key accounts and exceptional service. Champion innovation, embedding digital tools like CEVO to enhance commercial performance Collaborate with senior leaders to embed strategies across the business. Own forecasting processes and ensure accurate reporting.
