Job Description The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team creates and delivers products to Visa clients, accelerating the seamless delivery of our solutions. VCS provides an opportunity for Visa to diversify revenue with differentiated products that deepen customer relationships and deliver innovation across networks. VCS has ambitious growth plans, with the expectation to more than double the business over the next five years. A key part of this growth is building entirely new verticals that unlock fresh opportunities in B2B payments. This role will be responsible for creating a new business within Visa Commercial Solutions, focused on ecommerce and supply chain finance. It is a unique opportunity to shape a vertical from the ground up: from strategy and research to proposition development, targeting, and go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable in ecommerce and working capital solutions, bringing proven expertise in buyer-supplier dynamics and the economics of working capital. They will leverage their network and deep market understanding to identify opportunities where Visa can add value, design propositions powered by Visa’s capabilities, and develop new client relationships across Europe. This is a senior, Director-level position, requiring independence, creativity, and a balance of strategic thinking with strong business development execution. What You Will Do Lead the creation of a new vertical within Visa Commercial Solutions focused on ecommerce and supply chain finance. Conduct research, market mapping, and opportunity sizing to identify areas where Visa can add differentiated value. Develop compelling working capital propositions for buyers and suppliers, underpinned by Visa’s network and commercial solutions. Identify and prioritize target players to engage, including ecommerce platforms, SaaS providers, fintechs, and corporates. Build and nurture senior relationships across Europe to accelerate adoption of Visa’s solutions. Act as a thought leader on working capital, supply chain finance, and virtual card usage in ecommerce. Collaborate across Visa (strategy, product, partnerships, sales, marketing) to bring a “One Visa” approach to clients. Drive sales enablement by equipping client-facing teams with insights, tools, and narratives that open new doors. Champion creativity and strategic thinking while maintaining focus on execution, revenue growth, and scalable models. Ensure Visa’s solutions are positioned to address the evolving needs of buyers and suppliers, while maximizing value creation for all parties. This is a hybrid position.
