We are currently recruiting Process Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Erdington, supplying into a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a physical, hands-on role and would suit candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working with machinery and metal components.

Role Overview
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for:
* Loading sheets of metal into production machinery (up to 11kg)
* Operating machinery following training
* Visual inspection of finished components
* Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
* Working to health & safety procedures at all times
* Keeping work areas clean and organised

* Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
* Good eye for detail and quality inspection
* Able to work rotating shifts
* Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
* Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)

⏰ Shift Patterns
Most vacancies are on a 2-shift rotation:
* 06:00 - 14:00
* 14:00 - 22:00
Candidates must be flexible to work shifts as required.

Pay & Allowances
* £12.71 per hour basic
* 37.5 hours per week
Shift allowance paid per shift worked, with effective hourly rate shown:
* 06:00-14:00 → +£6.00 per day
* = £13.51 per hour
* 14:00-22:00 → +£12.00 per day
* = £14.31 per hour
