This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional to take ownership of a broad generalist remit, with particular emphasis on end-to-end employee relations, recruitment, and policy development. What you need CIPD qualified at Level 5 or working toward. Demonstrable end-to-end employee relations experience, leading on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals. Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Proven ability to operate in a standalone or lead advisory capacity on ER matters. Experience developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures. Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. What you will do each day Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, ensuring consistency and compliance. Lead and manage employee relations cases from initial investigation through to formal outcome and appeal, maintaining accurate documentation throughout. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, contracts and onboarding. Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and organisational needs. Support performance management processes, absence management and organisational change initiatives. Maintain and update HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Produce HR reports and management information to support business decision-making. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the People & Culture function.
