We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to take on a Clinical Lead role overseeing complex and paediatric care packages in the community.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and mobilise complex care packages
* Provide clinical guidance to clients and care teams
* Liaise with ICBs, local authorities & families
* Ensure compliance with NMC & CQC standards
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
* RGN with active NMC pin
* 3–5 years’ post-registration nursing experience
* Ventilator & tracheostomy skills (essential)
* ITU/HDU/CCU or complex care background
* Full UK driving licence
Package:
* Up to ÂŁ55,000 salary + ÂŁ3,000 car allowance
