How you will make an impact:
Area & Key Activities:
Operational & Commercial Coordination
Raise purchase orders and invoices; manage supplier processes; support onboarding of new scopes; track overtime and cost allocation.
Financial & Reporting.
Maintain sales, billing and supplier reports; cost analysis; support CTC calculations; review credit notes and cancellations.
Project Support & Delivery
Support PMs with planning, scheduling, and tracking; maintain project documentation; monitor cost/schedule performance; support stakeholder coordination.
Business Support & Governance
Participate in contract reviews; analyse performance data; support continuous improvement and reporting accuracy.
Development Opportunity
This role offers a structured pathway into Project Management, with increasing responsibility for planning, financial control, and stakeholder coordination.
Background & Experience
* Experience in service coordination, operations, or project support
* Strong analytical and reporting capability
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
* Understanding of project management principles
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Experience in energy or industrial sectors is advantageous
