The McDermott group is seeking an HSEQ Advisor based in Perth, Scotland. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards in health, safety, environmental protection, and quality management.
Overview of the Role
* HSEQ Officer
* Holidays: 30 days, with 1 additional day per year of service, up to 5 days. Holiday buy back scheme of an additional 5 days.

Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HSEQ standards and accreditations
* Develop and monitor procedures within the Quality Management System
* Coach and advise employees and management on HSEQ matters
* Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure compliance
* Provide training on HSEQ topics
* Manage risk assessments and emergency procedures
* Ensure compliance with legislation and promote a safe working environment
* Maintain records and produce reports on HSEQ performance
* Stay updated with relevant legislation and industry standards
* Lead in-house training and promote a safety culture
* Manage hazardous substances and ensure safe disposal
* Advise on specialist areas like fire safety and occupational diseases
* Manage emergency procedures and safety signage
* Qualifications: NEBOSH General or equivalent
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
* Right to work in the UK / IDLR or Settled Status
