Location: Norwich or Tewkesbury (Hybrid, with regular office attendance at your local office)
We are looking for a Dynamics 356 specialist to join us as a user security analyst, playing a key role in protecting our organisation's data and ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant and well-governed.
In this role, you'll be the subject‑matter expert for D365 security, responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining security roles, permissions and identity governance across our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. You'll make sure users have the right access at the right time.
Working closely with our Infrastructure and Support teams, you'll manage authentication, MFA, conditional access and application permissions, helping us maintain robust identity and access controls across multiple environments. You'll monitor and document security activity, support audits, and champion least‑privilege principles across delivery teams.

Essential Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has deep, hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE), Dataverse and Power Platform security models.
* Understands identity and access management, including who has access to what, why, and how that access is governed.
* Is a specialist in Dynamics 365 security roles, RBAC and identity governance.
* Brings experience with security role design, field‑level security, and segregation of duties (SoD).
* Can translate business needs into secure, scalable and compliant permission models.
* Is confident working with Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, conditional access, and application permissions.
* Has good knowledge of governance, internal audit processes, compliance frameworks and GDPR.
* Thrives in cross‑functional teams and works effectively within Agile environments.
* Is proactive, detail‑driven and passionate about maintaining high security standards across complex system landscapes.
