ROLE: Planning Administrator
HOURS: 40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday
SALARY: £27,500 - £29,000 dependent on experience plus benefits

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Planning Administrator, responsible for the reporting requirements of our planning function, maintaining, optimising and executing the reports in a timely manner along with providing day-to-day support and cover for the EBP Planner during periods of peak activity.
WHAT OUR PLANNING ADMINISTRATORS DO:
Ensure all HR-related processes and procedures are completed accurately and consistently, in line with Company policies
Assist wider Demand and Supply Planning teams during periods of absence, such as holidays or illness, to maintain seamless workflow
Collate data and distribute daily reports on stock value, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal stakeholders
Produce daily sales-versus-forecast reports, identifying key over- or under-forecasted SKUs and highlighting areas requiring further action
Contribute to monthly safety stock and demand review activities, providing accurate data and insights as required
Review and update data within the MRP system to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with operational requirements
Prepare and communicate a suite of reports to senior stakeholders, supporting effective management of safety stock and inventory profiles for both internal and external customers
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PLANNING ADMINISTRATORS:
Previous experience within a planning function is highly beneficial
Strong computer skills with advanced capability across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to support data analysis and reporting
Previous exposure to planning software or systems is advantageous
Confident in challenging assumptions and presenting alternative solutions
Skilled in collating, interpreting, and analysing large data sets, delivering accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports within tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Able to effectively manage internal communications and work collaboratively across departments and support strategic planning
