This role combines leadership, coaching, and direct sales activity, with a strong focus on performance, quality, and customer experience. You will play a key role in driving results, developing people, and fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
* Set clear performance expectations and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly results
* Deliver regular coaching, training sessions, and performance feedback
* Review call quality, KPIs, and overall team performance
* Track sales metrics, analyse trends, and provide regular performance updates
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
* Conduct daily team meetings and regular performance reviews
* Foster a collaborative, positive, and high‑performing work environment
* Ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and on time
Client Engagement & Sales
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed KPIs and quality standards
* Conduct outbound follow‑up activity where required
* Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and building trust
* Accurately document interactions using CRM and internal systems
* Maintain strong product and service knowledge
* Engage professionally with customers across multiple communication channels, including social media
About you: Experience
* Several years' experience of managing and coaching a sales team
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience producing and interpreting sales reports and performance data
