Join us as a Shop Manager at TieTalent and lead your team to deliver fast and friendly service across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online.
Typical daily responsibilities include:
1. Leading the team to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Driving high performance through recruitment, training, development, and engagement
3. Monitoring wage controls, waste, and customer service standards
4. Participating in food preparation and serving customers
5. Ensuring the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
