We are now seeking an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology direction, driving innovation, and ensuring that every digital touchpoint delivers an outstanding customer experience.
About the Opportunity
As our Solution Architect, you will be a key driver of ACHGroup’s digital and business transformation agenda. Taking a forward-thinking approach, you will anticipate challenges and proactively deliver solutions that unify processes and technology. Your focus will be on creating robust, scalable systems that enable end-to-end integration across platforms, ensuring data flows effortlessly and operations run with precision.
You will maintain ACHGroup’s Business Capability Model, lead solution and integration design, and provide authoritative guidance to internal teams and external vendors. By leveraging deep expertise in systems architecture and integration design, you will champion initiatives that eliminate silos, optimize performance, and future-proof the enterprise. Every decision will be guided by a commitment to interoperability, automation, and strategic alignment—empowering the organization to move faster, smarter, and with confidence.
Your influence will shape technology direction, reduce technical debt, and ensure that solutions are aligned with architectural principles and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of ACHGroup’s organisational strategy and transformation roadmap.
* Shape and inform technology direction through contemporary solution architecture.
* Build trusted partnerships with leaders and stakeholders across the business.
* Monitor and report on architectural alignment, technical debt, and solution performance.
* Champion customer‑centric design in all solution and integration activities.
* Engage directly with digital service users to capture insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide expert guidance on integration services, ensuring adherence to architecture principles.
* Design innovative, interoperable technology solutions that enable transformation and future scalability.
* Conduct technology assessments, market scans and solution option analyses to inform strategic decisions.
* Produce high‑quality solution designs and technical documentation that set the standard for excellence.
* Govern and oversee technical delivery by internal teams and third‑party vendors, ensuring seamless integration.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
* Satisfactory National Criminal History Check (within 12 months).
* Proven success as a Solution Architect in complex, multi‑platform environments.
* Demonstrated success embedding enterprise and solution architecture practices.
* Strong stakeholder management and technical strategy development capability.
* Broad knowledge of modern technology platforms, architecture models and infrastructure.
* Salesforce platform and application development.
* Integration using MuleSoft or SSIS.
* Microsoft modern endpoint and infrastructure management.

ACHGroup is a not‑for‑profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax.
