We are currently recruiting Trainee Cover Supervisors to work on an adhoc basis in secondary schools across Swadlincote. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and passionate about supporting young people in a classroom environment. About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher to supervise pre-set work and ensure a positive and productive learning environment. This role does not require prior teaching experience, as full training will be provided. Following this, you will receive ongoing support, guidance, and access to a dedicated consultant to help you succeed in your role.
