The purpose of the post is: The Senior Inclusive Learning Manager provides leadership to ensure the College offers an inclusive, accessible and equitable learning environment for all students. The post holder leads on the development, implementation and monitoring of effec-tive systems that support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in cross college provision. Working closely with curriculum teams, they champion inclusive practice and adaptive teach-ing approaches that enable all students to achieve positive outcomes. Through the Inclusive Learning Manager, the post holder leads a large cross college team including Student Support Assistants and specialist staff, ensuring high quality, consistent support across both sites. They act as the College lead for Looked After Children (LAC), promoting equality, removing barriers to learning, and driving improvements in the achievement of identified student groups. The post holder also leads the strategic planning and management of the SEND and High Needs budget for cross college provision.
