Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives? Waverley Academy is looking for a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join our committed team. Please note that this is a part time position, working 6.25 hours per week over 39 weeks. Your Role: Encourage and Support: Inspire pupils to participate in sports and activities during lunchtime. Ensure Safety: Oversee the playground, maintaining a safe environment at all times. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the lunchtime team. Promote Positive Behaviour: Actively support the Academy's behaviour policy and core values. Advocate Healthy Lifestyles: Encourage positive play and healthy habits. About You: Experience: You have previous experience working with children in a primary setting. Team Player: Your interpersonal skills make you a great team member. Sports Enthusiast: You enjoy sports and games and can motivate pupils to join in. Compassionate: You are kind, caring, and compassionate. First Aid Skills: A First Aid Certificate is a plus.
