Position:
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our CAD and BIM design team, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and coordinated 2D and 3D models for use across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models, plans and cross-sections using AutoCAD and Civils 3D
* Lead the preparation of conceptual and construction-ready drawing packages
* Work independently with a strong sense of ownership over your deliverables
* Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards
* Follow Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
* Contribute to project delivery and innovation across the design process
Requirements:
What You Bring
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience producing technical models and drawings using AutoCAD, with 2-5 years' experience in industry
Strong knowledge of structures, earthworks, or infrastructure design desirable
Experience with reinforced concrete detailing tools like Multi-RC or CADS RC (desirable)
Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver to tight schedules
Awareness of health and safety practices in design
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute positively to team culture
