About the Role
Our client are expanding its Global Operations department and is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Operations Executive to support their fast-growing international freight business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team where flexibility, problem-solving, and operational excellence are key.
The role is primarily focused on European road freight, with exposure to air, ocean, and courier movements, offering variety and long-term career progression within a global logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage European road freight operations, including export, import, and cross-trade movements
2. Coordinate shipments across road, air, ocean, and courier modes (road currently approx. 90%)
3. Handle customs procedures, including documentation and ATA carnets
4. Ensure compliance with Hazardous / ADR / IMDG regulations where applicable
